What's in the pack
What arrives in your replacement pack.
Stage 01
Pleated Sediment Replacement Filter — 20″ × 4.5″, 5 Micron
The pleated sediment cartridge catches sand, dirt and rust before the finer stages.
Stage 02
Sediment Cartridge 20″ × 4.5″, 5 Micron
The polypropylene sediment cartridge captures particles before they reach the carbon and resin stages.
Stage 03
1 Micron Nano-silver Carbon Block Filter — 20″ × 4.5″
Carbon helps reduce chlorine taste and odour. Its 1 micron rating captures fine particles, while nano silver helps inhibit bacterial growth in the filter media.
Measure these two.
Measure the cartridge you're replacing, not its housing.
Will it fit?
Match the cartridge format and the working parts.
Compare your current filters’ length, diameter, end openings and seals. A matching nominal size is a starting point; confirm the complete fit with HFS before ordering.
Measured it and still not sure?
Send a photo of the cartridge beside a tape measure and we'll tell you which size it is.
Call 0474 189 347 or email sales@homefiltrationsystems.com.
Nominal sizes vary a little between makers, so match the measurement rather than the label. What we can't tell you is how ours compares to a cartridge we didn't make and haven't tested, or whether a replacement affects your housing's own warranty; that one is between you and its manufacturer.
Fitting it, what comes out, and when it's due again
Plan the cartridge and UV service together.

Only buyers we can match to an order can leave one, so the count is lower than it would be otherwise.
